Yes. Published ready-made designs appear in the Shop alongside the custom-order service. Product availability and pricing are shown on each published piece when the studio has supplied them.

Online payment isn't available yet. Once your order is agreed, payment details are confirmed directly with you through WhatsApp.

Pricing is confirmed after we understand your brief: the product, quantity, design work and any personalization involved. The website doesn't show final prices for custom work, and we won't quote until the details are clear.

Tees & Tales is based in Nairobi, Kenya and serves customers across the country. Add your delivery location to the brief and we'll confirm the delivery arrangement with you directly.

Timelines depend on the product, quantity and design work involved, so we don't publish a standard turnaround. Once we understand your order we'll confirm the timing directly with you.

Available sizes are listed on each product in the Shop. For custom orders, add the sizes you need in the Size information field of the brief, or leave it open and we'll guide you.
