Yes. We produce corporate apparel, promotional merchandise, corporate gifting, event and campaign merchandise and custom branded pieces for businesses, teams, organizations and campaigns.
The company name, a contact person, phone and email, what merchandise you need, the quantity, and the event or project date if known. A budget is optional but helps us shape the right direction.
Yes. Share your logo and any brand guidelines with the enquiry and we'll build the merchandise around your identity. Colour, placement and artwork details are reviewed and approved at the mockup stage.
Mockup approval
Yes. Approving your mockup is a fixed step in every order. We create the design, share a mockup with you, and production only begins once you've approved it.
Yes. The mockup stage exists so you can review and respond before anything is printed. Share your feedback and we'll refine the design before it moves to production.
Payment
Online payment isn't available yet. Once your order is agreed, payment details are confirmed directly with you through WhatsApp.
Pricing is confirmed after we understand your brief: the product, quantity, design work and any personalization involved. The website doesn't show final prices for custom work, and we won't quote until the details are clear.
Delivery
Tees & Tales is based in Nairobi, Kenya and serves customers across the country. Add your delivery location to the brief and we'll confirm the delivery arrangement with you directly.
Timelines depend on the product, quantity and design work involved, so we don't publish a standard turnaround. Once we understand your order we'll confirm the timing directly with you.
