What a custom order involves, how artwork and personalization work, and what happens at the mockup stage.
Custom orders
Anything that starts with your idea rather than a ready-made design: a phrase, a character, a shared memory, an inside joke, a portrait, a brand or a concept you want to see on a T-shirt, hoodie, gift or other merchandise. If it doesn't fit a template, it's a custom order.
Fill in the custom brief on the Custom page or message us on WhatsApp at 0741 177 718. Tell us the product, quantity, your design idea and where it needs to be delivered, and we'll continue the conversation from there.
Tell us the quantity you have in mind, whether that's one piece or a larger batch, and we'll confirm what's possible for your specific brief before anything is agreed.
Custom artwork
No. A rough sketch, a photo, a reference image or a written description is enough to start. We create the design from your idea, then show you the mockup for approval.
Yes. The custom brief accepts a JPG, PNG or WEBP reference image up to 5 MB. If you're sending your brief through WhatsApp, attach the file in the chat.
Personalization
Names, dates, phrases, photos, portraits, characters, interests and brand identities can all become part of a design. Personalization can be as subtle as a single word or as involved as a fully illustrated piece.
Yes. Couple Set is one of the options in the custom brief. Describe who the pieces are for and how they should relate to each other, whether matching, mirrored or complementary, and we'll design around that.
Mockup approval
Yes. Approving your mockup is a fixed step in every order. We create the design, share a mockup with you, and production only begins once you've approved it.
Yes. The mockup stage exists so you can review and respond before anything is printed. Share your feedback and we'll refine the design before it moves to production.
Sizing
Available sizes are listed on each product in the Shop. For custom orders, add the sizes you need in the Size information field of the brief, or leave it open and we'll guide you.
Say so in the brief. Size information can be left open, and we'll help you decide before the mockup is approved and anything is made.
